• Eligibility: You must be at least 4 years old to join Boxing Brothers Adelaide. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver and agreement.
   

• Membership Fees: Membership fees are due as specified in your membership agreement. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
   

• Membership Duration: Your membership may be for a fixed period, as agreed upon at the time of signing up. Memberships renew automatically unless canceled in writing.
   

• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership by providing written notice to Boxing Brothers Adelaide. Refunds for canceled memberships will be processed according to our refund policy.

• Gym Use: You agree to use the gym’s equipment and facilities in a safe manner and follow all posted guidelines and instructions.
   

• Class Schedules: Boxing Brothers Adelaide reserves the right to alter class schedules, trainers, and other services without prior notice.
   

• Behavior: We expect all members to behave respectfully toward others. Aggressive or disruptive behavior, including verbal abuse, will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of your membership.
   

• Health and Safety: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit to engage in the activities offered by Boxing Brothers Adelaide. We recommend you consult with a medical professional before starting any fitness program.

• Payment Method: Membership fees and any additional services or products purchased must be paid through our accepted payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other methods as outlined in your agreement.
   

• Late Payments: Failure to pay membership fees on time may result in late fees or the suspension of your access to the Gym.
   

• No Refund Policy: All membership payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or outlined in your agreement.

• Lost or Stolen Items: Boxing Brothers Adelaide is not responsible for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged while on our premises. Please ensure you keep your personal belongings secure.

By signing up as a member, you acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks involved in physical exercise, including potential injury. You agree to:

• Your Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your membership in accordance with the terms of your agreement. Any unused portion of your membership fees may not be refunded.
   

• Our Right to Cancel: Boxing Brothers Adelaide reserves the right to cancel your membership if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions or fail to follow gym rules and policies. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of canceled memberships.

Boxing Brothers Adelaide reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue any services or features offered at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of any significant changes.
